This guide explains how to refund an individual item using the tablet.
This is commonly used if a customer refuses an item (e.g. damaged goods).
🧭 Step-by-Step Guide
📦 Step 1: Open the Order
- Tap on the order containing the item you wish to refund
✏️ Step 2: Edit Items
- Scroll down
- Tap “Edit Items”
🔁 Step 3: Mark Item as Returned
- Find the item
- Tap the “Returned” option
✅ Step 4: Confirm Refund
- Once you are happy the correct product is marked for return, click “Confirm”
🧾 After the Refund
- The changes will now be reflected on the order
- You will have the option to:
- 🖨️ Reprint a receipt if required
