The steps below outline how to refund a card order (in its entirety) once accepted using your tablet.
📦 Step 1: Open the Order
- From the “Orders” screen on the tablet
- Click on the order you wish to refund
👈 Step 2: Access Refund Option
- Swipe left at the top of the screen
- This will reveal the “Refund” button
💸 Step 3: Select Refund Type
Click “Fully refund this order”
⚠️ Important
This will refund the entire order amount to the customer.
✅ Step 4: Confirm Refund
- Once you are happy, click “Confirm”
💰 What Happens Next?
Any funds due will be automatically refunded back to the customer’s bank account
⏳ Timeframe
Refunds can take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on the customer’s bank

⚠️ Cash Orders
Cash orders cannot be refunded or cancelled via the tablet once accepted
📞 Action Required
You must contact Support if you need to cancel a cash order
