The steps below outline the process for refunding an item using your tablet.
- Click on the relevant order
- Click “Edit Items”

3. Click “Edit” on the product that you wish to refund.

4. Reduce the quantity line to “0” if you wish to refund the entire product line. If the customer had ordered Volvic 1L x2 but you only wanted to refund one of the bottles, you would reduce the quantity to “1”.

5. Once you are happy to proceed, click “Confirm”.
6. You will now be asked to confirm if you would like to refund the product, click “Confirm” if you would like to action.
NOTE: Card refunds will generate automatically but depending on the customer’s bank, it can take 5-6 working days to return to their account.
