The steps below outline how to refund a card order (in its entirety) once accepted using your tablet.
- Click on the order you wish to refund via the ‘Orders‘ screen on the tablet
- Swipe left at the top of the screen to reveal the ‘Refund‘ button

3. Click on ‘Fully refund this order‘

4. Once happy, click on ‘Confirm‘. This will automatically issue any funds due to the customer back to their bank account. This can take up to 5-10 working days to reach them, depending on their bank.
NOTE: Cash orders can not be refunded/canceled via the tablet once accepted. You will need to contact Support if you wish to cancel a cash order.
