The steps below outline the process for returning an item using your tablet. This can be used if a customer refuses an item on delivery due to damage for example.
- Click on the order that has the item you wish to return
- Scroll down and click ‘Edit Items‘
- Click on the ‘Returned‘ option

- Once happy the correct product is due to be returned click on ‘Confirm‘
- The changes will now be reflected on the order with the option to reprint a receipt if need be
