The steps below will outline how to pause your store service by using the tablet device. Please see the video attached for more guidance. If you have any difficulties using this feature, please raise a ticket and our Support Team can assist.
- Open Order Manager on the tablet device
- Click the three dots on the top right of the screen
- Click “Set Order Pause“
- Click “Pause Now“
- Input a message for the customers that will display on the App/Website to explain your store closure
- Click “Pause Orders“
- Select the “Pause Reason” (this is for your own internal reporting and will not be displayed on the App/Website)
- If you have a password restriction set on this function, please enter and click “Submit“. This will only appear if you request this restriction.
A pop-up will now appear to inform you that your store is paused. To exit this pop-up, click “Cancel” or to resume service click “Unpause“
If you exit the pop-up and would like to resume service later in the day:
- Click on the “Store on Pause” message at the top of the screen
- Click “Unpause“
- Click “Ok“
NOTE: This pause feature resets at 1 am. If you require a pause in service for a longer period of time, please use the holiday feature outlined here.
