This guide explains how to view the Driver Restricted Items Report, which helps you monitor deliveries containing age-restricted products and supports compliance with age-verification requirements.
🧭 Step-by-Step Guide
🔐 Step 1: Log in
- Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials.
- If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support.
📍 Step 2: Navigate to the Report
- From the left-hand menu, select Snappy Reports.
- Open the Driver Restricted Items Report.
⚙️ Step 3: Filter the Report
Select the required filters:
- 🏪 Store
- 🚗 Driver (leave blank to view all drivers)
- 📅 Start Date
- 📅 End Date
📊 Step 4: Generate the Report
Click Generate Report.
👀 Step 5: Review the Report
The report displays deliveries containing age-restricted products and includes information such as:
- 🛒 Orders containing age-restricted items
- 🪪 Whether the driver requested identification
- ✅ Whether the customer was recorded as Over 25
- 🆔 The type of identification provided
- 🎂 The customer's recorded date of birth
If no driver is selected when filtering the report, results will be displayed for all drivers at the selected store.

It provides evidence that drivers are carrying out age verification where required and can be used to support internal audits or compliance checks.
