This guide explains how to view the Declined / Cancelled Orders Report, helping you track missed orders and identify potential issues.
🧭 Step-by-Step Guide
🔐 Step 1: Log in
- Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials
- If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support
📍 Step 2: Navigate to Report
- On the left-hand menu, locate Snappy Reports
- Click “Declined/Cancelled Orders Report”

⚙️ Step 3: Select Filters
- Enter the required details:
- 🏪 Store
- 📅 Start Date
- 📅 End Date

📊 Step 4: Generate Report
- Click “Generate Report”
👀 Step 5: Review Report
The report will display:
- ❌ Total number of declined orders
- 💷 Value of declined orders
- 💸 Total number of refunded orders
- 💷 Value of refunds
