This guide explains how to view the Delivery Performance Report, helping you monitor how efficiently your store is fulfilling and delivering orders.
π§ Step-by-Step Guide
π Step 1: Log in
- Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials
- If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support
π Step 2: Navigate to Report
- On the left-hand menu, locate Snappy Reports
- Click βDelivery Performanceβ

βοΈ Step 3: Select Filters
- Enter the following details:
- πͺ Store
- π Driver (leave blank to view all drivers)
- π Start Date
- π End Date

π Step 5: Review Report
The report will display:
- β±οΈ Average dispatch time
- π Average delivery time
- π Delivery time breakdown:
- Under 30 minutes
- 30β45 minutes
- 45β60 minutes
- Over 60 minutes (classified as late)
- π¦ Total number of deliveries within the selected period

You can filter by individual drivers to:
- Focus on performance
- Identify delays

- Deliveries taking over 60 minutes are considered late
