🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

🔐 Step 1: Log in

• Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials
• If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support

📍 Step 2: Navigate to Heatmap

• Click “Snappy Reports” on the left-hand menu
• Select “Orders By Distance Heatmap”

🗺️ Step 3: View Heatmap

• A map will open displaying your store’s order locations

📌 What the Colours Mean:

• 🟢 Green Dots
  • Represent individual customer orders
  • Each dot = one delivery location
• 🔴 Red Areas
  • Indicate locations with multiple orders
  • Highlight high-demand zones

📊 Step 4: Review Orders by Distance Table

• Scroll down to view the “Orders by Distance” table

This table shows:

• 📍 Where orders have come from
• 📅 Data from the last 4 weeks
• 📦 Distribution of orders by distance from your store
