This guide explains how to access and use the Orders Heatmap, helping you visualise where your customer orders are coming from and identify areas of high demand.

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

🔐 Step 1: Log in

Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials.

If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support.

📍 Step 2: Navigate to Orders Heatmap

From the left-hand menu:

• Click Snappy Reports
• Select Orders Heatmap
• Choose your Store from the Select Store dropdown to load the report data.

🗺️ Step 3: View the Heatmap

The map displays a heatmap of your customer order locations.

📌 Understanding the Heatmap

The heatmap uses a colour gradient to show order density:

• 🟦 Cooler colours represent areas with a lower concentration of orders.
• 🟨🟥 Warmer colours represent areas with a higher concentration of orders, highlighting demand hotspots.

The more intense the colour, the greater the number of customer orders in that area.

Scroll down to view the Orders by Distance table.

This table provides:

• 📍 A breakdown of where orders have come from.
• 📅 Data from the last 30 days.
• 📦 Distribution of orders by distance from your store.
