This guide explains how to create a Free Item coupon using the Admin Dashboard.

Tobacco and Alcohol products are automatically excluded from all coupons.

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

🔐 Step 1: Log in

• Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials
• If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support

📍 Step 2: Navigate to Coupon Management

• Click Dashboard (left-hand menu)
• Select Coupon Management

➕ Step 3: Create New Coupon

• Click “Create New Coupon”

⚙️ Step 4: Enter Basic Details

• 🏷️ Coupon Name (internal use only)
• 🏪 Store (ensure correct store is selected)
• 🎟️ Discount Type
  • Select “Free Item”

📅 Step 5: Set Active Dates

• Choose a Start Date
• Choose an End Date

▶️ Step 6: Continue Setup

• Click “Next”

🎁 Step 7: Configure Free Item

• 📦 Select the free item/product to be included
• 🧾 Set a Minimum Basket Spend (if required)
• 🔢 Enter a Redemption Limit (optional)
• 🔑 Enter a Coupon Code (keep it simple and clear)
• 👤 Choose if this is for new customers only (optional)

▶️ Step 8: Continue

• Click “Next”

👀 Step 9: Review Coupon

• Check all details
• Make any necessary edits

🚀 Step 10: Publish or Save

• Click “Publish Live” to activate

OR

• Click “Save Draft” to edit later
