✏️ Editing an Existing Multi Buy Discount

ℹ️ Overview

This guide explains how to find, edit and delete Multi Buy promotions using the Manage Discounts page in the Admin Dashboard.

From this page, you can:

• 📅 Update promotion dates
• 💰 Change the discount value
• 🛒 Add or remove products
• 📂 Update the categories included in the promotion
• ❌ Delete one or more promotions

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

🔐 Step 1: Log in

Log in to the Admin Dashboard using your credentials.

📍 Step 2: Navigate to Manage Discounts

From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to:

Multi Buy Discounts → Manage Discounts

The Manage Discounts page contains the search filters and list of promotions.

🔎 Step 3: Search for a Promotion

Use one or more of the available filters to locate the promotion you want to manage.

Available filters include:

• 🏷️ Name
• 🎯 Type
• 📂 Menu Group
• ☑️ Include Disabled
• ☑️ Expired
• ☑️ Not Expired
• 🛒 Item (or use the Browse button to search for a product)

Once you've selected your filters, run the search to display the matching promotions.

📋 Step 4: Review the Results

The results table displays matching promotions, including:

• 🏷️ Promotion Name
• 🔄 Number of Redemptions
• 🎯 Discount Type
• 📅 Start Date
• 📅 End Date

You'll also see action columns that allow you to:

• ✏️ Edit a promotion
• ⛔ Delete a promotion
• ☑️ Select promotions for bulk actions (where available)

✏️ Edit a Promotion

Click the ✏️ Pencil icon next to the promotion you want to update.

You can make changes such as:

• Updating the start or end date
• Changing the discount value
• Adding or removing products
• Updating included categories

Once you've finished making your changes, click Save.

Your updates will take effect once the promotion has been saved.

❌ Delete a Promotion

To permanently remove a promotion, click the Delete icon beside the promotion.

Warning: Deleting a promotion is permanent. Ensure the promotion is no longer required before confirming the deletion.

🗑️ Bulk Delete Promotions

If your account has the appropriate permissions, you can delete multiple promotions at once.

1. Tick the checkbox beside each promotion you want to remove.
2. Select the Bulk Delete option.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Warning: Bulk Delete permanently removes all selected promotions.

💾 Save Your Changes

After editing a promotion, click Save to apply your changes.

Your updated Multi Buy promotion will then be available according to its configured dates and settings.
