✏️ Editing an Existing Multi Buy Discount

You may occasionally need to:

• 📅 Extend promotion dates
• 💰 Amend the discount value
• 🛒 Add or remove products
• 📂 Update categories included in the offer

📍 Step 1: Navigate to Multi Buy Discounts

From the Admin Dashboard:

1. Go to Multi Buy Discounts

2. Click 🔍 Search

🔎 Step 2: Search for the Promotion

You can search for discounts using:

• 🏷️ Promotion Name
• 🎯 Discount Type
• 📂 Menu Group
• ⏳ Expired / Active Discounts
• 🛒 Specific Items

This helps quickly locate the exact promotion you want to update.

📋 Step 3: Review Search Results

Once your search is generated, you’ll see a summary of matching promotions including:

• 🏷️ Promotion Name
• 🔄 Number of Redemptions
• 🎯 Discount Type
• 📅 Start Date
• 📅 End Date

✏️ Available Actions

🖊️ Edit a Promotion

Use the ✏️ Pencil Icon to make changes such as:

• Updating dates
• Changing the offer value
• Adding/removing products
• Updating categories

❌ Delete a Promotion

Use the ❌ Red Cross Icon to permanently remove a Multi Buy discount.

⚠️ Please ensure the promotion is no longer required before deleting.

✅ Save Your Changes

Once all updates are complete:
👉 Click Save to apply the changes.

Your updated Multi Buy promotion will then be live 🚀
