🎉 Multi Buy Discount: Percentage Off

Multi Buy Discounts are a flexible and powerful way to run promotions across your menu 🍕🥤🍫

Despite the name “Multi Buy”, these discounts can be applied to:

• ✅ Multiple products
• ✅ Single products
• ✅ Categories

📍 Step 1: Navigate to Multi Buy Discounts

From the Admin Dashboard:

1. Go to Multi Buy Discounts
2. Click the ➕ Add tab

📝 Step 2: Enter Promotion Details

🏷️ Name

Enter the promotion name.

Example:

• 50% Off

📂 Menu Group

Select the menu group linked to your store

🎯 Step 3: Choose Discount Type

📉 Percent Off

Apply a percentage discount.

Examples:

• 20% Off
• 50% Off

✏️ Step 4: Enter Discount Values

Enter:

• % Off

Example:

• 10%

📅 Step 5: Set Promotion Dates

Choose:

• 🗓️ Start Date
• 🗓️ End Date

📆 Step 6: Select Valid Days

Tick the days the promotion should run.

Examples:

• ✅ Everyday
• 🎉 Weekend Only
• 📈 Midweek Promotion

🚚 Step 7: Select Order Type

Choose where the promotion applies:

• 🌍 All Orders
• 🚗 Delivery Only (most commonly used)
• 🏪 Collection Only

📱 Step 8: Add App Overlay Text

This is the promotional text customers see on the product image in-app/web 👀

Keep this:

• ✅ Short
• ✅ Clear
• ✅ Eye-catching

Examples:

• Get 50% Off

This helps promotions stand out visually to customers.

🔒 Step 9: Restrict the Promotion

You can apply discounts by:

📂 Category Level

The promotion applies to all products within a category.

⚠️ Important:
If new products are later added into that category, they will automatically inherit the promotion.

To apply:

1. Select Category
2. Choose from dropdown
3. Click ➕ Add Category

You can remove categories anytime using the ❌ icon.

🛒 Product Level

The promotion applies only to selected products.

Benefits:

• Greater control
• Multiple promotions within the same category
• Product discounted wherever it appears in the menu

To apply:

1. Click 🔍 Browse
2. Search by:
   • Product Name
   • Barcode
   • Category
3. Click ➕ to add products

The promotion screen updates automatically as products are added.

✅ Step 10: Save

Once all settings and restrictions are complete:
👉 Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Your Multi Buy promotion is now live 🚀
