The steps below outline the process for setting up a new/factory reset tablet.
- Press the ‘Arrow‘ just beneath the ‘Start using now‘ text

- Select a language of your choice, then click ‘Next‘

- Select ‘Europe/London‘ as the time zone

- Tick the Terms and Conditions agreement by clicking on the box on the left-hand side of the agreement

- Select ‘WiFi‘ from the choice of connection methods

- Select the appropriate WiFi connection

- Enter the WiFi connection password in order to connect to it. Once entered click on ‘Connect‘

- Once connected the network will be highlighted Orange with text beneath the network saying ‘Connected‘. Click ‘Next‘

- Click on ‘Start Config‘

- Click ‘Agree‘

- Click ‘Skip‘ at the very bottom of the page

- The tablet will now begin its configuration. Once the configuration is complete click ‘Enter the system‘

- Enter the Tablet Login details provided to you. If you do not have these details to hand please raise a Support ticket or call the Support team on 0333 900 1250

- Click ‘Allow‘ to all 4 pop-ups that follow

- Click on ‘Open Settings‘ within the ‘Auto Order Updates‘ pop-up. This is crucial as with the battery optimised the tablet will not provide notification for orders

- Scroll down to ‘Order Manager‘ once the ‘Battery optimisation‘ setting page has opened

- Click on ‘Order Manager‘
- Select ‘Don’t Optimise‘ then click ‘Done‘

- Head back to the Order Manager app as the device is now set up and ready to use
