The steps below outline the process for setting up a new/factory reset tablet.
Initial Setup
- Press the ‘Arrow’ beneath “Start using now”
- Select your preferred language, then tap Next
- Choose ‘Europe/London’ as the time zone
- Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox, then continue

Connect to WiFi
- Select ‘WiFi’ as the connection method
- Choose the appropriate WiFi network
- Enter the WiFi password, then tap Connect
- Once connected (network highlighted orange with “Connected”), tap Next

Device Configuration
- Tap Start Config
- Tap Agree
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Skip
- The tablet will begin configuration
- Once complete, tap Enter the system

Login In & Permissions
- Enter the Tablet Login details provided to you
- If you do not have these details:
- Raise a Support ticket, or
- Call the Support team on 0333 900 1250
3. Tap Allow on all 4 pop-ups that appear

Important: Enable Order Notifications
- In the ‘Auto Order Updates’ pop-up, tap Open Settings
- Scroll down to Order Manager in the Battery Optimisation settings
- Tap Order Manager
- Select ‘Don’t Optimise’, then tap Done

Final Step
- Return to the Order Manager app
✅ The device is now fully set up and ready to use.
