This guide will help you identify and resolve common tablet connection issues.
β Check 1: Is the Wi-Fi working on other devices?
- Try connecting another device (phone, laptop, or computer) to the Wi-Fi

- The issue is likely with the tablet
π§ Possible Solutions:
- βForgetβ the Wi-Fi network on the tablet and reconnect
- Disconnect other devices (some routers limit active connections)
- Ensure the tablet has the latest system update
- Turn the tablet off and on again
- Log out and back into the tablet
- Reboot the tablet:
- Hold volume up + power button for ~15β20 seconds until the loading symbol appears
