A guide to driver tips

The steps below outline all you need to know about driver tips on your admin dashboard.

NOTE: In order for customers to provide your store with Driver Tips these must be enabled for your store. If you are unsure if this is the case please raise a ticket or call Support on 0333 900 1250

1. Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you
2. Click ‘Drivers‘ on the left side of the page
3. Click ‘Delivery Drivers‘

4. Click on ‘Driver Tips‘

5. Select the ‘Store‘ name and the ‘Driver‘ from the dropdowns, as shown below

6. Select the relevant time frame you wish to view using the ‘Date from‘ and ‘Date to‘ fields

7. Click on ‘Search‘
8. This will then bring up the total the selected driver was paid in tips and how those tips were paid (cash or card)
