The steps below will guide you on how to view your declined/cancelled orders report using the Admin Dashboard.
- Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you (please raise a ticket to our Support Team if you do not have your Admin logins)
- Click on ‘Declined/Cancelled Orders Report‘ under ‘Snappy Reports‘ on the left-hand side of the screen

- You will be presented with the following options:

- Enter the ‘Store‘ name as well as the ‘Start Date‘ and ‘End Date‘ you wish to view.
- Once the above step is completed, click ‘Generate Report‘, once generated you will be able to see how many orders have been declined, and, the value of those declined. You will also see how many orders have been refunded and the value of refunds as shown below.

Note: This is a great tool to highlight the loss of business over the week, month, quarter, and year, it can potentially help identify operational issues, which in return can help to improve operational standards to lower the loss.
