How to view your Delivery Performance Report (using Admin Dashboard)

The steps below will guide you on how to view your delivery performance report using the Admin Dashboard.

1. Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you (please raise a ticket to our Support Team if you do not have your Admin logins)
2. Click on ‘Delivery Performance‘ under the ‘Snappy Reports‘   

3. You will be presented with the following options: 

Note: Within delivery performance, you can break the report up into individual drivers. This will allow a focus on performance and can help highlight drivers who may not be delivering orders on time.  

4. Select the ‘Store‘ name, the ‘Driver‘ you wish to view (leave blank if you wish to view all at once) as well as the ‘Start Date‘ and ‘End Date‘ you wish to view.
5. Click ‘Generate Report‘. 
6. This report breaks down the average time for dispatch and the average time for delivery. It will also show the percentage of deliveries in less than 30 minutes, 30-45 minutes, and 45-60 minutes. Anything over 60 minutes will be deemed as delivered late.  
7. The report will also you to find the performance over any time period, it will also show the total deliveries made over that period.
