How to view the Orders Heatmap (using the Admin Dashboard)

The steps below outline how to access and view your orders heatmap.

1. Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you (please raise a ticket for our Support Team if you do not have your Admin logins)
2. Click “Snappy Reports” on the left-hand side
3. Click “Orders By Distance Heatmap”
   • A map (see below) will open with your store’s orders appearing as Green dots. Each dot corresponds to the customer’s location. If you notice any Red dots, the area within the dot has had several orders previously.
4. Scroll down to see your ‘Orders by Distance’ table
   • This will show you where the orders have come from within the last 4 weeks.
