The steps below will outline how to apply an order pause to your store.
N.B: Please note that an order pause will reset at 1am and should therefore only be used for daily pauses. If you require a longer order pause, please see our article on applying a Store Holiday here.
- Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you (please raise a ticket for our Support Team if you do not have your Admin logins)
- Click “Dashboard” on the left side of the page
- Then click “Store Status”
- Tick the box under “Pause Orders”
- Select the reasoning for the pause in the pop-up that follows
- Click “Confirm”
- Input a message for the customer in the “Order Overload Message” field
- This message will appear when the customer searches your store on the App or Website
- Click “Update Stores”
Your store will now be paused on the App and Website until 1am when it will reset.
