The steps below will explain how to manage Orders via the Admin Dashboard area.
- Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you
- Click “Dashboard” on the left side of the page
- Click “Orders“
- The store’s orders will be presented on the page
- If an order is currently pending, the option to “Accept” or “Decline” will appear
- NOTES:
- Pending Orders will not sound an alarm like the tablet device when viewing them within the Admin Dashboard.
- The order page will not refresh automatically so please ensure you refresh the page regularly to capture new Pending Orders.
- NOTES:
- Once accepted, any drivers assigned to your store can load unassigned orders via the Driver App, negating the need to use the tablet to assign the order
- By clicking on the order number, you will be able to view the customer details; Name, Number, and Email address. You will also be able to see what the customer has ordered, the order total, and the delivery time that the customer has requested

- If an order has already been delivered, you will be able to view the delivery information by scrolling further down the page when viewing the order. You can view what driver was assigned, the time they were assigned the order as well as the location and time when they marked the order as en-route, arrived, and delivered.
