The steps below will outline how to add a store holiday using the Admin Dashboard.
N.B: This feature should be used when you know in advance when you will be closed or if you require to suspend your store’s delivery services longer than a daily pause.
- Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you (please raise a ticket for our Support team if you do not have your Admin logins)
- Click “Dashboard” on the left side of the page
- Click “Opening Hours“
- Select your store from the Store Dropdown
- Scroll down to “Holidays“
- Enter the required date in the “Date” field
- Fill in the “Customer Message” field
- Please note that this customer message to explain the closure will be visible on the App and Website when a customer searches your store.
- Click “Add Holiday“
NOTE: If you wish to remove a holiday, please click on the “X” under the Delete Column.
