This guide explains how to add a store holiday using the Admin Dashboard.
β οΈ Important
This feature should be used when:
- You know in advance your store will be closed
- You need to suspend delivery services for longer than a daily pause
π§ Step-by-Step Guide
π Step 1: Log in
- Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials
- If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support
π Step 2: Navigate to Opening Hours
- Click Dashboard (left-hand menu)
- Select Opening Hours
πͺ Step 3: Select Store
- Choose your store from the Store dropdown
π Step 4: Add Holiday
- Scroll down to the βHolidaysβ section
- Enter the required date
- Add a Customer Message explaining the closure
π‘ Tip
This message will be visible to customers on the App and Website
β Step 5: Save Holiday
- Click βAdd Holidayβ
β Removing a Holiday
- To remove a holiday:
- Click the βXβ in the Delete column
