This guide explains how to add a store holiday using the Admin Dashboard.
⚠️ Important
This feature should be used when:
- You know in advance your store will be closed
- You need to suspend delivery services for longer than a daily pause
🧭 Step-by-Step Guide
🔐 Step 1: Log in
- Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials
- If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support
📍 Step 2: Navigate to Opening Hours
- Click Dashboard (left-hand menu)
- Select Opening Hours
🏪 Step 3: Select Store
- Choose your store from the Store dropdown
📅 Step 4: Add Holiday
- Scroll down to the “Holidays” section
- Enter the required date
- Add a Customer Message explaining the closure
💡 Tip
This message will be visible to customers on the App and Website
➕ Step 5: Save Holiday
- Click “Add Holiday”
❌ Removing a Holiday
- To remove a holiday:
- Click the “X” in the Delete column
