➕ Adding a New Product (Tablet Device)

This guide explains how to add a new product to your menu using the tablet device.

⚠️ Important
If your store is connected to an EPOS integration, stock levels are updated automatically.

👉 You do not need to manually adjust stock. Please refer to the EPOS guide for more information.

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

🛒 Step 1: Open Add Product

• Tap the trolley icon with the “+” symbol

📷 Step 2: Scan Barcode

• Tap “Scan Barcode”
• Scan the product you wish to add

✅ If Product is Recognised

✏️ Step 3: Enter Price

• The product name and image will be pre-filled
• Tap the “Product Price” field
• Enter the correct price
  • Ensure decimal points are used correctly

🚀 Step 4: Submit

• Tap “Submit”
• A confirmation message will appear once the product is added

⚠️ If Product is NOT Recognised

📝 Step 5: Enter Product Details

• Input:
  • 🏷️ Product Name (use Title Case)
  • 💷 Product Price (use correct decimal format)

🚀 Step 6: Submit

• Tap “Submit”

⏳ What Happens Next?

• A confirmation message will appear
• The product will be:
  • ✅ Added to your menu (pending review)
  • 👀 Reviewed by the Master Menu Team
• Once approved:
  • 📦 The item will appear on your live menu
