If you are unable to operate deliveries and an order is placed before you have suspended the delivery service, we would recommend that you call the customer on the contact number provided to ask if they would be willing to receive the order when you are next available to deliver or if they would prefer a refund. You can then accept or decline the order accordingly.
Please advise the customer of the refund timeframe as this may affect their decision; it can take 5-6 working days for a refund to process depending on the customer’s bank.
If you have not already done so, please pause the store as soon as possible to prevent any further orders from being placed.
