From 1st October 2021, the UK Food Information Amendment 2019 (a.k.a. Natasha’s Law) will be rolled out in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to all businesses selling Prepacked for Direct Sale Foods (PPDS Foods).

Please see the steps below on how to add allergen information.
- Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you
- Click “Dashboard” on the left side of the page
- You will see a drop-down appear with “Categories”, click on this. Should you not see this option, please contact your Account Manager.
- Once this page has loaded you will now see a page with a list of all of your categories
- Click on the grey pencil icon to edit the required category
- Scroll down until you come to “Allergy Title” and “Allergy Link/URL”
- Insert the title that you wish to display on the website or in app. An example would be “For specific allergens in the food you would like to order, please click here”
- Insert the link to the website / document where your allergen information is stored.
- Press “Save” at the bottom of the page and review the website and app to ensure your changes have been applied.
