📂 Adding a Product to Multiple Categories

ℹ️ Overview
This guide explains how to make a product appear in more than one category on your store menu.

⚠️ Important Warning
The Main Category should always be set to the product’s permanent category (the one that best fits it at all times).

👉 If the Main Category is hidden, the product may not appear or function correctly on the platform.

 

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

🔐 Step 1: Log in

• Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials

📍 Step 2: Navigate to Menu

• Click Dashboard (left-hand menu)
• Select Menu

🔍 Step 3: Locate Product

• Search for the product you want to edit

✏️ Step 4: Edit Product

• Click the pencil icon next to the product

🗂️ Step 5: Open Category Settings

• Click “Categories” at the top of the page

📌 Step 6: Review Main Category

• Confirm the Main Category is correct
• This will already be selected

➕ Step 7: Add Additional Category

• Find the next available field (e.g. Category 2)
• Click the dropdown
• Select the additional category

💾 Step 8: Save Changes

• Click “Save”

💡 Result
The product will now appear in:

• Its Main Category
• Any additional categories selected
