How to move Categories

The steps below outline the process for moving Categories to reflect how they will be seen by customers looking at your store’s menu.

1. Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you (please raise a ticket for our Support Team if you do not have your Admin logins)
2. Click “Dashboard” on the left-hand side of the page
3. Click “Categories”
   • The Categories for the store’s menu will appear in the order that they are displayed to your customers
4. To move a category of your choice, left-click the arrow cross on the left-hand side of the category (see below) and drag it either up or down depending on where you would like your category to sit

6. Once you are happy with the order of the categories, scroll down and press ‘update‘

NOTES:

• Banner Categories should always sit on the top of the menu (1st Category) to ensure that it has full impact on customers and is easy to navigate.
• For any categories that are no longer in use (e.g. expired promotions), please DO NOT delete them, simply ensure they are hidden
