This guide explains how to reorder categories so they appear correctly to customers on your store menu.

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

🔐 Step 1: Log in

• Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials
• If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support

📍 Step 2: Navigate to Categories

• Click Dashboard (left-hand menu)
• Select Categories

👀 Step 3: View Category Order

• Categories will be displayed in the same order customers see them in your store menu

🔄 Step 4: Reorder Categories

• Locate the category you want to move
• Click and hold the arrow cross icon on the left-hand side
• Drag the category up or down to your desired position

💾 Step 5: Save Changes

• Scroll to the bottom of the page
• Click “Update”

📝 Important Notes

⭐ Banner Categories
Banner categories should always be placed at the top (1st position) to maximise visibility and impact

⚠️ Do Not Delete Old Categories
For categories no longer in use (e.g. expired promotions):

• Do NOT delete them
• Simply ensure they are hidden
