How to add a Sub-category

The steps below will outline how to add a sub-category to your menu. 

1. Log in to the admin area with the logins provided to you
2. Click on “Dashboard” on the left side of the page
3. Click on “Categories“
4. At the top of the page, click “Add“
5. Input the “Parent Category” that you would like the sub-category to sit in
6. Fill in the “Name” field of the sub-category
   • Please note, this is the category name that the customer will see on App/Website
7. Tick the box labeled “Display as Grid“
8. Scroll down and ensure that if your category contains tobacco or alcoholic products that the relevant tick boxes are checked to add an age check during checkout and also make sure that the ‘Age Restriction’ box has ’18’ inputted
9. Scroll down to “App Image” and click the “Choose file” button
10. Add the desired image (images must be in a .png format and 210×210 PX preferably)
11. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page

NOTE: Please note that you will need to click on “View” on the respective “Category” to view any sub-categories within that category. Please see below for guidance.
