🛒 How To Set Category Basket Limits (X Per Order)

This guide explains how to limit a category so customers can only add a set number of products from that category per order.

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

🔐 Step 1: Log in

• Log in to the Admin Area using your credentials
• If you do not have access, please raise a ticket with Support

📍 Step 2: Navigate to Categories

• Click Dashboard (left-hand menu)
• Select Categories

🔍 Step 3: Select Category

• Find the category you want to apply a limit to

✏️ Step 4: Edit Category

• Click the pencil icon next to the category name

🛒 Step 5: Set Basket Limits

• Scroll down to the Basket Group Limits section
• Tick the appropriate option

💡 Example

• Selecting “1 per order” will allow only 1 product from the entire category to be added to a basket

💾 Step 6: Apply Changes

• Scroll down
• Click “Apply Basket Limits”

⚠️ Important
This limit applies to the entire category, not individual products within it
