A version of the order manager software has been released to the Google Play store to assist with merchant hardware issue. The app release is a similar version to allow a retailer to use their Sunmi logins to manage orders.

What are the main benefits of putting the app on the play store?
If the merchants terminal has issues the store can use this version of the app to manage orders to continue to trade while a replacement arrives.
Can a user be signed in to the Sunmi device and Play Store Version?
No, similar to the Sunmi terminals a store can only be signed into one device for managing the orders. It’s either the Order Manager on Play Store or Sunmi device.
Will I need a different account to login?
No, the same credentials will work for both apps.
What if I don’t remember my password?

Can a merchant still use the driver module?
Yes, the version of the Sunmi device will allow the merchant to distribute orders exactly the same.
Can a user print the order out from the Play Store version?
No, unfortunately this is a limitation of the Play Store version.
Does the barcode scanner functionality work?
Yes, the devices camera will be used to scan the barcodes.
Will it work for whitelabel businesses?
Unfortunately not, this version is only for direct Snappy Shopper customers.
