No. You can only be logged into one device at a time—either the Sunmi device or the Play Store app..
🔐 Do I need a different login?
No. You can sign in using the same login credentials that you use for the Sunmi Order Manager.
🔑 What if I forget my password?
Please contact Support and the team will help you regain access.
🚚 Can I still manage deliveries?
Yes, if Driver Assignment is enabled for your store, you can continue to assign and manage deliveries from the Play Store app.
Note: Stores without Driver Assignment enabled will not see these features.
🖨️ Can I print orders from the Play Store version?
No. Printing is not supported on the Play Store version.
Printing relies on the built-in printer available on Sunmi devices and is therefore unavailable when using the app on a standard Android device.
📷 Does barcode scanning work?
Yes. You can use your Android device's camera to scan barcodes.
🏷️ Does this work for white-label businesses?
No. This version of the app is intended for Snappy Shopper customers only.
White-label partners use their own dedicated app versions.
