Launching Snappy Shopper should be viewed in a similar way to launching a new store. An effective strategy to reward consumers is to give them a good reason to try out the Snappy Shopper App. A fanfare should be created in the lead up, during, and post launch, with suppliers contributing to free product / giveaways and prize draw competitions. These type of competitions can be promoted via digital social media channels and through means of offline marketing. This drives much interest in the service and prompts people into engagement.
We suggest a free delivery campaign that will run for a minimum of two weeks. Our team will cover digital advertising costs and will help work on organic growth through community groups, media and other forms of advertisement. The free delivery costs will be covered by the store owner. Please provide a high level of activity during the first few months of launch and consider the following offline activities:
- Royal Mail leaflet delivery to full catchment inside 1st week
- Full install of marketing kit (compulsory)
- Drivers to leaflet drop adjacent letter boxes as making deliveries
- Deliver leaflets to local sports clubs, community groups and organisations
- Local radio advertising
- Local newspaper advertising
- Publishing social media graphics on social media channels (provided by SSL)
- In-store digital screens
- Vehicle wrap
- Product giveaways
